Cover all of the drinks, allowing guests to enjoy without any cost to them.
Average Price Range:
Price will vary with drink selection and amount of drinks you would like to provide. Average range for 150 guests with 4 drinks per guests $3,500 - $5,000 + tax.

💰 Partial Cash Bar
Covers beer, wine, and hard seltzers for the entire evening. Cocktails and mixed drinks will be available all night for guests to purchase with cash or card.
Average Price Range:
Pricing will vary based on drink selection. Most couples spend between $2,300 - $2,800 + tax, which includes the $1,300 base price, two kegs of beer, several bottles of wine, and one to two cases of hard seltzer. You’re welcome to adjust quantities.

Price for the cash bar is $1,300 + tax. You don’t cover any of the drinks. Guests pay for their own drinks.

🍹 Includes: Bartenders, cups, napkins, straws, and all essential bar supplies.
💵 Alcohol Costs: Not included in the base fee. You’ll select and purchase your desired drinks separately.

Maximum Refund Limit
Refunds are limited to a maximum of $500 total per event.
Within this limit, refunds for non-stocked or special-order items may not exceed $200.The $500 limit applies across all bar items combined.
Kegs: Non-refundable (tapped or untapped).
Wine: Refunds apply to full, unopened bottles only.
Cocktails: Cocktails are billed per serving. Refunds apply to unused servings only, based on bar service records.
All cocktail refunds are subject to the maximum refund limit stated above.Canned Items: Refunds apply to unopened, full cases only. Partial cases are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the bar invoice or by check for cash or check payments.

⏳ How It Works: You’ll prepay for beer, wine, and hard seltzers for the entire evening. Cocktails and mixed drinks will be available all night for guests to purchase with cash or card.
For a guest count of 150 people, we typically recommend:
2 kegs of beer

1 to 2 cases (24-packs) of hard seltzer (such as White Claw or Truly)

Pop and Water
We provide self-serve Yeti coolers next to the bar, stocked with ice, so guests don’t have to wait in line for a drink. Pop cans and bottled water do not count toward the 10-drink limit. Couples may bring their own canned pop and bottled water for guest consumption throughout the day.

Note: You don’t have to select all 10 options. Many couples find that 6–8 options offer the perfect balance.

All Bar Service Options Include 6 Hours of Bar Service, With Option to Add-On Extended Hours.
Standard Bar Service Times
Friday and Saturday: 4 PM to 10 PM
Sunday: 2 PM to 8 PM
If you prefer a different start time, the earliest available options are listed below. You can begin the bar service earlier at no extra cost.
If you decide to start the bar service earlier, please keep in mind that it will also end earlier unless you purchase extra bar service time. Six hours is standard for all bar options.
Weekdays: 3:05 PM
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 2:00 PM
Please note that we cannot begin bar service until 3:05 p.m. on weekdays due to the nearby school.
To extend bar service beyond 10 pm, you must purchase additional time for both the bar and venue rental. To continue service later than 10 pm, you'll need to add an hour of venue rental and another hour for bar service, totaling $500. The standard 6 hours of bar service only applies before 10 pm.; any service past that time requires the $500 payment. For example, if you want service from 4:30 pm to 10:30 pm, you must pay for the full hour until 11 pm.

For 150 guests, two full kegs are generally sufficient unless expecting more.

To ensure a smooth and organized wedding bar service, please follow this order placement timeline:
Minimum: 2 Months Before Wedding Date
Maximum: 4 Months Before Wedding Date
Ordering during this timeframe allows us to customize and prepare your bar setup according to your preferences.
When placing your order, please complete the Wedding Bar Order Form & Wedding Day Coverage Form required for all bar types.
💰 What’s the Payment Process?
Once you place your order, we’ll prepare an invoice and send it your way! Payment is due one month before your wedding. The invoice will include clear instructions on how to pay and the due date, ensuring everything is smooth and stress-free for you.

With Processing Fee: Credit/Debit Card (2.90% fee applies)

Prewedding Service:
If you would like pre-wedding alcohol service, it is $150 to cover bartending.
No Outside Alcohol:
All on-site alcohol (including bridal/groom suite drinks) must be purchased through Twin Gables Event Center.
How It Works:
Add the items you would like to your cart when placing your order, then fill out the separate Wedding Bar Ordering Form, and specify the items you’d like for pre-wedding use (e.g., champagne for mimosas or case of beer for the groomsmen.)
All pre-wedding drinks must be picked up at the bar—The bride’s room is just behind the bar for easy access, and the groom’s room is a short walk down the hall.
Alcohol service for pre wedding may begin at 10:00 a.m. for Friday and Saturday weddings, aligning with typical arrival times. Please note that on Sundays, due to Michigan law, alcohol service cannot start until 12:00 p.m., so there will be a brief gap between arrival and the first round of drinks.

No Outside Alcohol:
All on-site alcohol must be purchased through Twin Gables Event Center.
How It Works:
Fill out the Wedding Day Coverage Form, specify what you would like if something runs out or if you would like to carve out a group like (Bride & Groom, and/or, wedding party, and/or parents) with a preset tab at the bar.
If you’d like Twin Gables Event Center to cover drinks beyond your original bar order on your wedding day, this form allows you to give us clear, advance instructions. You can authorize a preset bar tab if a drink option runs out or choose to cover drinks for specific guests such as the couple, wedding party, or parents.
A credit or debit card will be physically presented on the wedding day and entered directly into our register. All charges are finalized after the event with an itemized receipt provided. You’ll also set a maximum authorized amount and let us know how you’d like us to proceed once that limit is reached.
This form is used only for day-drink coverage instructions and does not replace your Wedding Bar Order Form.

A $150 surcharge applies to all bar types (Hosted, Partial Cash, or Cash Bar) to cover the cost of additional staffing.

Separate Checkout:

This separation helps us manage your order accurately and ensures that all components of your wedding bar are handled with the utmost care and precision.

You can have alcohol at your rehearsal dinner. The bartender's fee is $150. Only beer, wine, hard seltzers, and other canned products can be served.
Add the items you would like to your bar order and specify what items on the Wedding Bar Ordering Form.

This means you are purchasing the right to use and enjoy these beverages at the bar during your event, and they cannot be taken off the premises.
