If you don't have a wedding coordinator, this is your next best option. This role isn't about coordinating; it's about supporting. Our Pre-Assistant acts as your personal assistant, ensuring that all the setup details are taken care of so you don’t have to rely on family or friends. Available from arrival until ceremony time, they will:

    -Arrange your personalized decorations on each table to match the layout you set on the display table.

    -Work closely with you to finalize visual elements.

    This role is ideal for couples seeking hands-on assistance in preparing their decor and event space before the ceremony begins.
