Pricing varies based on beverage selections and the number of drinks you would like to provide. Most Hosted Bars for 150 guests, based on approximately four drinks per guest, range from $4,600–$6,100 + tax. This estimate includes the $2,150 bar-service base fee and selected alcoholic beverages. The required Reception Beverage Package is additional.

Covers beer, wine, and hard seltzers for the entire evening. Cocktails and mixed drinks will be available all night for guests to purchase with cash or card.

Pricing varies based on beverage selections. Most couples spend approximately $3,150–$3,650 + tax on the $2,150 bar-service base fee and prepaid alcoholic beverages. The required Reception Beverage Package is additional.

Just like at a traditional bar, guests purchase their own drinks using cash or card.
Average Price Range:
The Cash Bar base fee is $2,150 + tax. Guests purchase their own alcoholic drinks throughout the evening. The required Reception Beverage Package is additional and is charged based on the applicable guest count. Any selected keg beer and other prepaid services are also charged separately.

Maximum Refund Limit
Refunds are limited to a maximum of $500 total per event of ⭐ stocked items only.The $500 limit applies across all bar items combined.
Kegs: Non-refundable (tapped or untapped).
Wine: Refunds apply to ⭐ stocked, full, unopened bottles.
Cocktails: Cocktails are billed per serving. Refunds apply only to unused servings of ⭐ stocked cocktails, based on bar service records.

For a guest count of 150 people, we typically recommend:
Limit of 2 keg varieties
4 to 8 bottles of wine
1 to 2 cases (24-packs) of hard seltzer (such as White Claw or Truly)

Items brought in specifically for your wedding aren’t eligible for refund. Keg beer is not eligible for refund. Items marked with a ⭐ are eligible for refund if unused, within our policy.

To provide consistent service throughout your reception, Twin Gables Event Center requires all Hosted Bars, Partial Cash Bars, Full Cash Bars, and Non-Alcoholic Bars to include our Reception Beverage Package.

⏰ Service Times & Additional Hours
All bar-service options include six hours of guest bar service. Additional bar-service time may be purchased when needed.
Standard Bar Service Times
Friday and Saturday: 4 PM to 10 PM
Sunday: 2 PM to 8 PM
If you prefer a different start time, the earliest available options are listed below. You can begin the bar service earlier at no extra cost.
If you decide to start the bar service earlier, please keep in mind that it will also end earlier unless you purchase extra bar service time. Six hours is standard for all bar options.
Weekdays: 3:05 PM
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 2:00 PM
Due to the nearby school, bar service cannot begin before 3:05 p.m. Monday through Friday during the school year.
Need More Time?
Extend Your Bar Service Extra Hours
Additional bar-service time may be purchased for $250 per hour, with a maximum of two additional hours. Additional venue-rental time is $250 per hour.
The bar must close one hour before the event ends. When extending your reception, you must purchase enough venue time to cover the full event and enough bar-service time to maintain the required one-hour gap between bar closing and the end of the event.
Example: If the standard event ends at 11:00 p.m. and the bar closes at 10:00 p.m., extending the event until midnight would require one additional venue hour. Extending bar service until 11:00 p.m. would also require one additional bar-service hour. The total additional charge would be $500.
Additional bar-service hours may be selected through the Bar Ordering Store.

We stock plenty of canned options plus select cocktails as backup available for purchase if needed. Find all items we stock as backup listed below, or in the bar ordering store.
For 150 guests, two full kegs are generally sufficient unless expecting more.
Our goal is to cover your needs while protecting you from over ordering.

Ensure your event flows smoothly with our Bar Backup. Just order the drinks you expect to use, and if you need more, our on-site reserves are available for purchase. We provide plenty of canned beverages and a variety of cocktails and wines to handle any unexpected demand, so you can enjoy your celebration knowing that extra stock is ready when needed.
We keep a selection of items stocked on-site, and anything marked with a ⭐ is part of that inventory. These items can be refunded if unused, up to a total of $500 (excluding kegs). Anything not marked with a star is brought in specifically for your wedding and isn’t eligible for refund.

📅 When Should I Place My Order?
To ensure a smooth and organized wedding bar service, please follow this order placement timeline:
Minimum: 2 Months Before Wedding Date
Maximum: 4 Months Before Wedding Date
Ordering during this timeframe allows us to customize and prepare your bar setup according to your preferences.
When placing your order, please complete the Wedding Bar Order Form & Wedding Day Coverage Form required for all bar types.
💰 What’s the Payment Process?
Once you place your order, we’ll prepare an invoice and send it your way! Payment is due 30 days before your wedding. The invoice will include clear instructions on how to pay and the due date, ensuring everything is smooth and stress-free for you.

Pre-Wedding Service:
If you would like pre-wedding alcohol service, it is $150 to cover bartending.
No Outside Alcohol:
All on-site alcohol (including bridal/groom suite drinks) must be purchased through Twin Gables Event Center.
How It Works:
Add the items you would like to your cart when placing your order, then fill out the separate Wedding Bar Ordering Form, and specify the items you’d like for pre-wedding use (e.g., champagne for mimosas or case of beer for the groomsmen.)
All pre-wedding drinks must be picked up at the bar—The bride’s room is just behind the bar for easy access, and the groom’s room is a short walk down the hall.
Pre-wedding alcohol service may begin at 10:00 a.m. for Friday and Saturday weddings, aligning with typical arrival times. Please note that on Sundays, due to Michigan law, alcohol service cannot start until 12:00 p.m., so there will be a brief gap between arrival and the first round of drinks.

No Outside Alcohol:
All on-site alcohol must be purchased through Twin Gables Event Center.
How It Works:
Fill out the Wedding Day Coverage Form, specify what you would like if something runs out or if you would like to carve out a group like (Bride & Groom, and/or, wedding party, and/or parents) with a preset tab at the bar.
If you’d like Twin Gables Event Center to cover drinks beyond your original bar order on your wedding day, this form allows you to give us clear, advance instructions. You can authorize a preset bar tab if a drink option runs out or choose to cover drinks for specific guests such as the couple, wedding party, or parents.
A credit or debit card will be physically presented on the wedding day and entered directly into our register. All charges are finalized after the event with an itemized receipt provided. You’ll also set a maximum authorized amount and let us know how you’d like us to proceed once that limit is reached.
This form is used only for day-drink coverage instructions and does not replace your Wedding Bar Order Form.

Guest Count Over 200:
A $150 additional-staffing surcharge applies when the final guest count exceeds 200. This surcharge applies to Hosted Bars, Partial Cash Bars, Full Cash Bars, and Non-Alcoholic Bar Service.

You can have alcohol at your rehearsal dinner. The bartender's fee is $150. Only beer, wine, hard seltzers, and other canned products can be served.
Add the items you would like to your bar order and list those items on the Wedding Bar Ordering Form.
