Twin Gables Event Center:Wedding Bar Ordering Form This form is required for all bar orders at Twin Gables Event Center. Only individuals who are 21 years of age or older may submit a bar order. After submission, we will review your order and send an invoice. No payment is collected on this form. All alcohol is served on-site only by licensed bartenders. Alcohol service for pre wedding may begin at 10:00 a.m. for Friday and Saturday weddings, aligning with typical arrival times. Please note that on Sundays, due to Michigan law, alcohol service cannot start until 12:00 p.m., so there will be a brief gap between arrival and the first round of drinks. Bride's Order 💐 Typically, this includes 2–3 bottles of champagne for mimosas or sipping. Example: “2 bottles of champagne" Groom's Order 🍺 Typically, this includes a 24-pack of the groom’s favorite beer. Mimosa Mixer Options (Orange Juice): If you're planning to serve mimosas in the bride's room, you have two options for orange juice: We will bring our own orange juice Please provide orange juice for us – add to our bar invoice- We provide chilled Simply Orange Juice at $15 , sufficient for up to three bottles of champagne. Additional bottles can be added as needed and will be priced accordingly. Important Notes: Orange juice is the only mixer we provide during the pre-wedding service. No other mixed drinks are offered before the bar opens. Our licensed bartenders must serve all alcohol; self-service is not permitted. All pre-wedding drinks must be picked up at the bar—bartenders are not stationed there continuously, but will check in every 30–60 minutes to see if you’d like another drink. The bride’s room is just behind the bar for easy access, and the groom’s room is a short walk down the hall. If you'd like a drink sooner, feel free to locate the bartender. While they may be assisting with other venue preparations, they are happy to help when available. You’re welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic beverages (such as pop or juice) for the bride's or groom's rooms; these do not require bartender service.
